INFORMATION ABOUT OUR COURSES AND OFFERINGS

As an authorized and procured music school, we are certified and approved by the municipality for music check, which means that we offer all children and young people in the municipality the same low price as at the municipal music school, as the municipality subsidizes the fee for all children so that as many children will have the opportunity to play and sing. Our fantastic team consists of a number of selected professional, highly educated subject experts and educators/musicians who teach with us at several locations in both the municipality of Lund and the municipality of Staffanstorp. We are proud of our teachers and all teachers are extremely popular with the children and all families!

 

OUR VENUES:

In LUND we teach centrally in our premises at Järnåkraskolan.

 

In STAFFANSTORP we teach in "Tonsmedjan" which is located in the citizens' house.

 

Here we also have two fantastic concert venues where we arrange our student concerts, but also our masterclasses/clinics events and "open houses".

 

In TÄBY municipality we teach at TWELVE different primary schools:

​Bergtorpsskolan, Brinkskolan, Byängskolan, Drakskeppskolan, Hägerneholmskolan, Myrängskolan, Näsbyparkskolan, Skarpängskolan, Skolhagenskolan, Tibblegymnasium, Vallatorpskolan, Ytterbyskolan. In addition, some teaching also takes place at our main school centrally located in Östermalm (Stockholms Gitarrakademi)

ONLINE COURSES:

Offered in Guitar, improvisation, jazz/fusion/gypsy/chords, Sing & Songwriting and Music Theory, etc. Contact us if you are interested.

Since we are a private music school, we also have the exclusive opportunity to offer a significantly larger, richer and more modern range than the traditional alternatives. We regularly arrange student concerts for all our students, old and young, everyone is included in the community. In addition to this, we arrange various interesting modern and innovative events while safeguarding traditions and cultural heritage. We are happy to invite famous artists for masterclasses/concerts via our enormous network of contacts. Music camps and various collaborative projects are a matter of course for us.

 

Through our external offer and additional system, we offer:

- Possibility to extend the individual lessons with 10, 20 or 30 minutes of extra time/lesson.

- Teaching to adults and seniors via our own offer that is outside the check system.

All adults/seniors have the opportunity to play with us, for one of our teachers, on the instruments we offer.

Payment is made via invoice. You can buy a clip card (10-pack of 60min)

- Teaching children who are not eligible for music check due to age or place of residence are welcome as a private student, and can buy a "TERM CARD" More info and prices HERE

 

- We also offer ONLINE COURSES.

 

- Suzuki guitar lessons for all children and parents in TÄBY, which is a unique and exclusive opportunity. Suzuki lessons are held at our premises in Täby and in Östermalm/Stockholm.

 

- We also offer gift cards for music lessons!
